Friends- they're the family you get to choose. Check on your friends with kids!!
Disconnect- take time off. Yes you're stuck at home already but how do you spend your time? Take time off from the endless reports of the pandemic or from social media or work. Just take time to breathe for a couple of hours/days… it's your choice. Make an effort not to get overwhelmed.
Help where you can. It's a lockdown and you were probably able to stock up on essentials and non-essentials for your comfort. So many people aren't that lucky. Reach out to those in need. We can only beat this together.
Catch up- that stack of books you got that time or the movie you've been meaning to watch or that puzzle you never opened.
Experiment- Maybe there's a makeup look you always wanted to try or a social media challenge. Do your thing!
Take a class- new language or business tools? So many free courses are available. Take your pick

Our team is doing these in our own little ways (one of us shaved all her hair off!!! Feel free not to go so extreme).

We hope that this steers us all in the direction of improvement and much needed change in how we interact with the World.
